You may also use sausage hyperlinks out of your native farm. I like to make use of the positioning Eat Wild to search out pastured meats in my space.

The onions are first cooked over a low warmth and caramelized in butter. It takes about half-hour, however the taste is unquestionably price it.

Whereas the onions are sautéing, toss up the potatoes, sausage and ghee after which place within the oven till they’re good and roasted.

Subsequent the eggs, cream, salt and pepper are whisked and all the things is mixed, topped with cheese and prepared for the oven.

Bear in mind you may change out the candy potatoes for white, omit the cheese, add in some greens, or no matter you want. You should use this recipe as a template to create your individual favourite mixtures!
